SHIPPING POLICY

Last Updated: January 26, 2026 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Orthisa. Below are our shipping policies. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options: DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States): • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available) • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: • International Standard: 10-21 business days (depending on destination) • Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your order status by: • Clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email • Logging into your account on our website • Contacting us at info@orthisa.store SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES We currently ship to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States via USPS. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping charges. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time of delivery with the carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact your local police department to file a report. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@orthisa.store with photos of the damaged package and items. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Orthisa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
