RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: January 26, 2026 Thank you for shopping at Orthisa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. RETURNS You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: • Unused and in the same condition that you received it • In the original packaging • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase The following items cannot be returned: • Items marked as final sale • Gift cards • Downloadable software or digital products • Personalized or custom-made items HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact us at info@orthisa.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your return is approved. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first requesting a return authorization. RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we provided a prepaid label). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. REFUNDS Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Late or missing refunds: • First, check your bank account again • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@orthisa.store EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@orthisa.store. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund. SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
